Some people collect souvenirs; we collect stories.

I grew up on the road—my parents were teachers who filled their summers with adventure. We crisscrossed the United States, explored other countries, and they taught me that the world is best experienced up close. Those early trips sparked a lifelong love of travel, craftsmanship, and curiosity.

My creative roots started behind a sewing machine back in middle school. I stitched my own clothes, learned through trial and error, and even moonlighted doing bridal alterations early in my career. Life shifted—career, family, raising my son—but the pull toward making never left.

Now, as empty nesters (well… with two very beloved dogs along for the ride), my husband and I frequently travel in our Airstream. On the road I discovered leathercraft and fell in love with the feel and character of high-quality full-grain leather.

Doodle & Drift was born from that blend of craft and wanderlust. Every piece is designed to be crafted for the journey—to carry your stories, miles, and memories for years to come.

From our small studio, I hand-cut, stitch, and finish each item with the care of an old-world maker and the heart of a modern traveler. Whether it’s a road-ready tote, a journal for your next adventure, or a wallet that quietly goes everywhere, it’s made to last—and to wander with you.
