Processing Times

Each item is handcrafted to order unless otherwise noted.

  • Standard items: Ship within 8-10 business days
  • Custom or personalized items: Ship within 10–15 business days

You’ll receive an order confirmation email and another email with tracking details once your package ships.

During holidays or high-volume times, processing may take an extra day or two—we’ll always communicate if there’s a delay.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen delivery speed.

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, email hello@doodleanddrift.com to explore options.

Order Tracking

When your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey. If your tracking number isn’t updating, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@doodleanddrift.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at hello@doodleanddrift.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

For return information, see our Returns & Warranty Policy. We provide prepaid return labels for approved returns—no need to ship on your own.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we can’t redirect it. If you spot an error, email us immediately—we’ll do our best to help.
